How we estimate Kick earnings

Kick doesn't publish what streamers earn. We combine official data with publicly reported rates and show ranges, not fake precision. Every assumption is listed here.

1. Subscriptions

Kick subscriptions cost $4.99 per month and the streamer keeps 95% ($4.74), also for gifted subs. We use the subscriber counts from Kick's official API, refreshed daily. The low end of the range counts gifted subs at 50%, because very gift-heavy channels often come from promotions or mass-gifting events.

2. Hourly pay (Creator Incentive Program)

Kick pays enrolled streamers per hour live. Kick publishes no rate card, so we use publicly reported rates: the low end follows the commonly reported $16–$32 per hour, the high end the rate table published by KickStats ($16/h at 50 viewers up to $100/h at 1,000). Rates are capped at 1,000 viewers (more conservative than KickStats' $150/h): the biggest streamers have private deals. We only show hourly pay for channels that plausibly qualify (about 75+ average viewers and 50+ hours live per month); whether a channel is actually enrolled is not public. Hours in the Slots & Casino category are not counted, because Kick removed hourly pay for that category in March 2025; other categories, including Poker and Sports Betting, are counted. We don't put a limit on hours: no source documents one. Hourly pay appears once we have at least 7 days of data for a channel.

3. Activity data

Average viewers and hours live come from our own tracking (every 5 minutes) over the last 30 days. While we have less than 30 days of history for a channel, hours are projected to a full month.

4. When we don't estimate hourly pay

We skip hourly pay for channels with no subscriptions (the program requires Partner status, and Partners have subscriptions) and for channels with an unusual audience: fewer than 2 subscribers per 1,000 average viewers, at 300+ viewers. For comparison, the typical channel has about 61 subscribers per 1,000 viewers. This pattern is common for event broadcasts, restreams and embedded players, where viewer counts don't reflect a monetized community. Subscription earnings are still shown for these channels.

5. Not included

Kicks (tips), donations, sponsorships and gambling deals, and private contracts with Kick. These can be large, so real earnings are often higher than our estimate.
