Who runs StreamerPeak

StreamerPeak (streamerpeak.com) is run by StreamerPeak (EU), who is responsible for the data described here. Contact: [email protected]

What we collect about streamers

Public information about Kick channels, taken from Kick's official API: channel name and URL, display name, profile picture, bio and language, and for each stream its title, category, start and end time and the number of viewers every 5 minutes. From this we compute statistics such as hours watched, average and peak viewers, and rankings.

What we don't collect

Nothing about viewers: no chat messages, no viewer usernames, no accounts. We don't use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

Visiting this site

You can use the site without an account. Our hosting provider (Hetzner, Germany) and our content delivery and security provider (Cloudflare) process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse; Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie.

Why we may do this

The data is already public on Kick. We process it on the basis of our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in providing public statistics about public broadcasts, which also helps streamers understand and grow their audience.

How long we keep it

Stream statistics are kept while the service runs, so channels can see their history. Detailed 5-minute data is compressed after 7 days. Backups are kept for 30 days.

Remove your channel

You can ask us to remove your channel at any time. Email [email protected] from an address we can link to your Kick channel (or tell us how to verify that it's yours). We delete the channel's data, including its history and statistics, within 30 days at the latest and stop recording it from then on. Deleted data disappears from backups as they rotate out.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of data about you, and object to its processing, using the contact above. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Where the data is stored

On servers in Germany (EU), with encrypted backups in the EU.
